The Ceylon cinnamon powder exceeds all expectations! One taste of this cinnamon puts everything that you can buy at the grocery store to shame. The flavor and odor is that of intense, rich cinnamon with an undertone of vanilla (although, of course, that’s not an ingredient). Added to breakfast oatmeal–or anything else enhanced by cinnamon, like ice cream–will leave you smiling with each bite! One 12-ounce package should last a long, long time. It’s worth every penny spent on it too.

I ordered this because I like white pepper as a flavorful alternative to black pepper. This pepper did not disappoint. It is finely ground, has a wonderful spicy aroma, and it has a smooth texture and flavor that is not too hot.

I add this to any dish where I would use black pepper. This white pepper tastes similar but is not as hot, and the peppery flavor is more subtle. Sometimes I mix white and black pepper together to get both flavors. I’ve added this white pepper to eggs, chili, and vegetable dishes, and this was just on the first day I had it. If you like black pepper and haven’t tried this white pepper, then I definitely recommend it. It is a treat.
