American Honey-Clove Baked Ham

Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked ham (4–6 lb)
- 20–25 whole cloves
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
- ½ cup pineapple juice or orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- Insert one whole clove into each diamond.
- Mix honey, brown sugar, mustard, and juice.
- Brush glaze generously over the ham.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1½–2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove foil in last 20 minutes to caramelize.
