🧾 Ingredients:

For the Donuts:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Premium Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Grease a donut pan lightly.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and Ceylon Cinnamon Powder.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    In another bowl, combine egg, milk, melted butter/oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine:
    Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined—do not overmix.
  5. Fill the Donut Pan:
    Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut molds, about ¾ full.
  6. Bake:
    Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and springy.
  7. Make Cinnamon Sugar:
    Mix sugar and Ceylon Cinnamon Powder in a bowl.
  8. Coat the Donuts:
    Brush warm donuts lightly with melted butter.
    Roll or sprinkle them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
