Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

Serves: 8–10 mini donuts or 6 regular donuts
🧾 Ingredients:
For the Donuts:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Premium Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon Premium Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)

Preheat Oven:
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a donut pan lightly. -
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and Ceylon Cinnamon Powder. -
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, combine egg, milk, melted butter/oil, and vanilla. -
Combine:
Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined—do not overmix. -
Fill the Donut Pan:
Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut molds, about ¾ full. -
Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and springy. -
Make Cinnamon Sugar:
Mix sugar and Ceylon Cinnamon Powder in a bowl. -
Coat the Donuts:
Brush warm donuts lightly with melted butter.
Roll or sprinkle them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
