Classic American Burger (Onion & Garlic Style)

🧾 Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best juiciness)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt (or pink salt)
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices American or cheddar cheese
Toppings:
- lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, pickles
Condiments:
- ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise
👩🍳 Instructions:
Prepare Patties:
In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Do not over mix. Shape into 4 patties and make a small dent in the center.
Cook Burgers:
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until nicely seared and cooked to desired doneness.
Add Cheese:
Place cheese slices on patties during the last minute of cooking and allow to melt.
Assemble & Serve:
Lightly toast buns, assemble burgers with toppings and condiments, and serve hot.
