Creamy White Pepper Chicken

🧾 Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 Tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ tsp white pepper (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for thickening)
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley
👩🍳 Instructions:
Cook the Chicken:
Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
Build the Sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Sprinkle in flour (if using) and cook for 30 seconds.
Add Cream & Seasoning:
Slowly whisk in chicken broth and cream. Add white pepper, salt, and paprika. Simmer until slightly thick.
Combine & Serve:
Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5–7 minutes until cooked through. Garnish and serve hot.
