🧾 Ingredients:

For the Potatoes:

  • 1 ½ lbs (about 700g) baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon True Organic Dehydrated Curry Leaves, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon True Organic Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for garnish)

👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the Potatoes:
    In a large bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, crushed True Organic Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Black Pepper Powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
    Mix well until evenly coated.
  3. Roast Until Crispy:
    Spread the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet.
    Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
  4. Finish & Serve:
    Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice for a zesty finish.
    Sprinkle a pinch of extra Dehydrated Curry Leaves before serving.
