Curry Leaf Roasted Potatoes

🧾 Ingredients:
For the Potatoes:
- 1 ½ lbs (about 700g) baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon True Organic Dehydrated Curry Leaves, crushed
- ½ teaspoon True Organic Black Pepper Powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Season the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, crushed True Organic Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Black Pepper Powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Mix well until evenly coated. -
Roast Until Crispy:
Spread the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the edges. -
Finish & Serve:
Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice for a zesty finish.
Sprinkle a pinch of extra Dehydrated Curry Leaves before serving.
