Grilled Chicken Asian Ramen Salad

🧾 Ingredients:

For the Salad:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pack ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup roasted almonds or cashews, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

For the Marinade & Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon True Organic Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt to taste

👩🍳 Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and True Organic Black Pepper Powder.
Add chicken breasts and coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).

2. Grill the Chicken:
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for about 5–6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Remove from heat, rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

3. Prepare the Noodles:
Break ramen noodles into small pieces and toast lightly in a dry pan for extra crunch.
(Or boil for 2–3 minutes if you prefer them soft.)

4. Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, nuts, and sesame seeds.
Add the grilled chicken and ramen noodles.

5. Add the Dressing:
Whisk the leftover marinade or make fresh dressing using the same ingredients.
Drizzle over the salad and toss well to coat everything evenly.

6. Serve:
