Nutmeg Creamy Chicken Pasta (USA-Style Meal)

🧾 Ingredients

For the Pasta

  • 200g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • Water + salt (for boiling)

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast (sliced)
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Cream Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream or cooking cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg powder (extra flavor)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp dried herbs (oregano or Italian seasoning)

👩🍳 Instructions

Cook Pasta

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook Chicken

Season chicken with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook in a pan with olive oil for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

Make Cream Sauce

In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in cream, add nutmeg, herbs, and parmesan. Stir until slightly thick.

Combine

Add cooked pasta and chicken into the sauce. Toss well and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Serve

Serve hot with extra cheese or herbs on top.
