Pink Salt Lemon Baked Salmon

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pink salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Optional garnish:

fresh dill or parsley

👩🍳 Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season Salmon:
Place salmon on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pink salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon zest.

Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Finish & Serve:
Drizzle with lemon juice, garnish with herbs, and serve hot.
