Vanilla Bean & Black Pepper Panna Cotta

🧾 Ingredients:
For the Panna Cotta:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 True Organic Vanilla Bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped
- ½ teaspoon True Organic Black Peppercorns, freshly crushed
- 1 packet (2 ½ tsp) unflavored gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
For Garnish (Optional):
- Fresh berries or fruit compote
- A light sprinkle of crushed True Organic Black Peppercorns
👩🍳 Instructions:

Prepare Gelatin:
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom. -
Heat the Cream Mixture:
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla bean seeds and pod, and crushed True Organic Black Peppercorns.
Heat over medium heat until just starting to simmer — don’t boil. Stir to infuse flavors for about 5 minutes. -
Strain & Combine:
Remove from heat and strain to remove vanilla pod and pepper pieces.
Stir in the softened gelatin until completely dissolved. -
Pour & Chill:
Pour mixture into ramekins or serving glasses.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. -
Serve:
Once firm, top with fresh berries or drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle a pinch of freshly cracked True Organic Black Peppercorns for a sophisticated finish.
