- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Crisp Topping:
- ยพ cup rolled oats
- ยฝ cup all-purpose flour
- ยฝ cup brown sugar
- ยฝ teaspoon True Organic Cinnamon Powder (optional for extra warmth)
- 6 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
- Pinch of salt

- Preheat Oven:Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a baking dish lightly with butter.

Prepare the Apple Filling:In a bowl, combine sliced apples, brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, vanilla, and 1โ2 drops of True Organic Cinnamon Bark Oil.
Mix well and spread into the baking dish. -
Make the Crisp Topping:In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon powder (optional), and salt.
Add cold butter and use your fingers to crumble it into the mixture until it forms a coarse, sandy texture. - Assemble:Sprinkle the crisp topping evenly over the apples.
