Ingredients

  • 1 lb organic carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • ΒΌ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ΒΌ teaspoon sea salt
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or fresh thyme

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the carrots:
