Cinnamon Apple Wellness Drink

🧾 Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 Ceylon cinnamon stick (or ½ tsp cinnamon powder)
- ½ apple, thinly sliced (organic preferred)
- ½ tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Simmer the Ingredients:
Add water, cinnamon stick, and apple slices to a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil.
Steep:
Lower heat and simmer for 8–10 minutes until fragrant.
Strain & Finish:
Strain into cups. Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
Serve:
Enjoy warm or let cool and serve chilled.
