🧾 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 Ceylon cinnamon stick (or ½ tsp cinnamon powder)
  • ½ apple, thinly sliced (organic preferred)
  • ½ tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

👩🍳 Instructions:

Simmer the Ingredients:
Add water, cinnamon stick, and apple slices to a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil.

Steep:
Lower heat and simmer for 8–10 minutes until fragrant.

Strain & Finish:
Strain into cups. Add lemon juice and honey if desired.

Serve:
Enjoy warm or let cool and serve chilled.
