Curry Leaves & Garlic Yogurt Dip

🧾 Ingredients:
For the Dip:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
- 1 teaspoon True Organic Dehydrated Curry Leaves, crushed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ teaspoon True Organic Black Pepper Powder
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tablespoon lime juice or apple cider vinegar
For Garnish (Optional):
- A drizzle of olive oil
- A pinch of crushed Dehydrated Curry Leaves on top
👩🍳 Instructions:

Infuse the Flavor:
Heat oil or butter in a small pan over low heat.
Add minced garlic and True Organic Dehydrated Curry Leaves.
Sauté gently for about 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t let the garlic brown). -
Mix the Dip:
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, the garlic–curry leaf mixture, Black Pepper Powder, salt, chili flakes, and lime juice.
Stir well until creamy and smooth. -
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop. -
Garnish:
Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle crushed Dehydrated Curry Leaves on top before serving.
