Curry Leaves & Garlic Yogurt Dip

🧾 Ingredients:

For the Dip:

For Garnish (Optional):

  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • A pinch of crushed Dehydrated Curry Leaves on top

👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Infuse the Flavor:
    Heat oil or butter in a small pan over low heat.
    Add minced garlic and True Organic Dehydrated Curry Leaves.
    Sauté gently for about 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t let the garlic brown).
  2. Mix the Dip:
    In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, the garlic–curry leaf mixture, Black Pepper Powder, salt, chili flakes, and lime juice.
    Stir well until creamy and smooth.
  3. Chill & Serve:
    Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.
  4. Garnish:
    Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle crushed Dehydrated Curry Leaves on top before serving.
