Each of the 100 tea bags are individually wrapped. I found the ginger-spiciness of this tea intensifies the longer I let it steep. In the first few minutes the tea is very lemon forward with just a bit of ginger. At 10 minutes of steeping it's mighty spicy on the ginger. It's a good tea.

This organic lemon and ginger tea is truly organic and certified by the USDA. The tea came sealed in plastic, and as soon as I opened the box, I could smell ginger and subtle hints of lemon. Each individual tea bag is artfully presented in a sealed pouch for freshness.After I steeped a tea bag, the room was filled with a strong ginger aroma. The tea tastes as it smells: very powerful presence of ginger, and a slight hint of lemon. I enjoy this taste very much, especially, with a spoon of honey. I like that the tea has only four organic ingredients (organic ginger, organic lemongrass, organic lemon verbena, organic orange peel), looks like sunshine, and has bold ginger taste. There's a bit of grainy sediment on the bottom, but I have noticed this occurrence with most tea bags.Not only this tea is tasty, it might have benefits for your digestive and immune systems, and sooth sore throat and cough in combination with honey. This tea is also one of the most economical organic teas (in bags) out there: at 22 cents a cup, it is quite a bargain. I usually drink loose leaf teas and do not use tea bags.
