This Ceylon green tea is incredibly smooth with no bitterness. I drink it every morning, and the flavor is fresh and calming. Excellent quality!
I tried four of the True Organic teas. Several I thought were good and a few that were not.The Green tea just tasted rather bitter, not smooth with that natural slight nuttiness. The same with the black tea. I didn’t care all that much for either.However, the Chamomile tea was so subtle and delicate. I actually liked that and the Peppermint tea. These were delightful. These tasted the most fresh and thought it was a good value for the size of the box.
I brewed this tea with Evian — yes, Evian — because I don’t mess around. Temperature? Controlled. Steep time? Timed to the second. And yet, what emerged from the cup tasted like scorched hay soaked in regret.The flavor is harsh, not bold. It’s like the tea leaves were harvested during a thunderstorm of bitterness. There’s no nuance, no subtle vegetal notes — just astringency that clings to your tongue like a bad decision.Tried sweetening it. Honey, agave, monk fruit, even a splash of oat milk. Nothing helped. It’s like the tea was engineered to resist joy. Every sip felt like a punishment for caring about antioxidants.Technically speaking, this is 100% pure Ceylon green tea. But purity doesn’t guarantee palatability. If you’re looking for a beverage that doubles as a palate assault, this might be your thing. Otherwise, consider steeping your hopes elsewhere.
This green tea has a smooth, clean flavor. Its comes in pack of 100 individually wrapped bags. After brewing it is comes out yellowish. Overall, its a good choice for organic green tea.
